What are the essential ingredients for effective teaching and effective learning?
“How much we want the quality of teaching to be high so much we must work on bringing up too “ said one of the great thinkers of the past Abu Nasr Al-Farabiy. Of course it is true. Here I am intended to explore some possible causes of this topic and suggest some opinions forward.
Firstly, one of the most significant factors of effective teaching and learning is providing friendly atmosphere in the classroom. A teacher must be able to create convenient environment which is connected with a child`s mental, physical, moral and spiritual growth. And this can be reflected in the process of organizing and managing school life, while conducting lessons, as well as, in the process of different measures.
Secondly, in order to reach high quality in teaching and learning a teacher`s pedagogical proficiency must be high. Nowadays almost all study rooms,especially English ones, are equipped with the latest technological resources and learning materials. Internet access is also available in all corners of our country. And this may give great opportunity to a good teacher to broden his or her professional horizon and make lessons colourful and interesting. Besides, in raising effectiveness of teaching language materials must be chosen according to the level of assimilation and presented in short, clear and easy way.
Moreover the number of pupils in the classroom is also of great importance. It is satisfied if there are 10-15 pupils. Because teaching and learning a foreign language requires direct communication with each pupil and it gives its excellent result if a teacher is able to involve all pupils in the teaching and learning process as well as work with them separately.
Finally, family environment and parents` attention and attitude towards their children play great role in effective teaching and learning and bringing up young generation perfectly. Children`s minds are full of interesting questions that are connected with social, economical, financial life as well as with morals. Its parents` responsibility to teach their children to family traditions, to value succeeds of old generation and to be proud of them. One wrong step may lead to awful results.
There is a good Uzbek saying that says:” Seven neighbours are parents to one child “ and it`s true. Nowadays attentiveness is the requirement of the day. Children are not only parents` future , they are future of the the nation and the country. And the future must be in reliable hands
To sum up, if the triangle of school, family and local committy of mahalla acts together, it gives a great chance to educate our generation effectively.
Samarali o’rgatish va o’rganishning asosiy tarkibiy qismlari nimalardan iborat?
“ Ta’lim sifatini qanchalik yuqori bo’lishini istasak,uning ustida shunchalik ko’p ishlashimiz kerak” degan edi mashxur mutafakkirlarimizdan biri Abu Nasr Farobiy. Shubhasiz bu to’g’ri.
Men ushbu mavzu bo’yicha ba’zi sabablarni o’rganishga harakat qildim va quyida ularni ba’zilarini keltirib o’tmoqchiman.
Birinchidan,samarali o’qitish va o’rganishni ta’minlaydigan muhim omillardan biri bu sinf honasida do’ston muhitni shakllantirishdir.O’qituvhchi bolaning aqliy,jismoniy,ma’naviy,ruhiy jihatdan o’sib ulg’ayishiga yordam beradigan muhitni yaratib bera olishi kerak. Hamda bu maktab hayotini tashkil etish va boshqarish jarayonidadarslarni olib borishda hamda boshqa jabhalarda aks etishi lozim.
Ikkinchidan,o’qitish va o’rganishda yuqori sifatga erishish uchun o’qituvchining pedagogic tajribasi ham yuqori bo’lishi kerak.Hozirgi kunda deyarli barcha o’quv honalar ayniqsa ingliz tili honalari so’ngi rusumdagi tehnologik manbalar va o’quv materiallari bilan jihozlangan.Mamlakatimizning istalgan burchagida internet bilan bog’lanish mumkin.Va bu qulaylik malakali o’qituvchi uchun o’zining kasbiy bilimlarini kengaytirishga ,darslarni qiziqarli va rang –barang qilishga imkoniyat beradi. Shuningdek,o’qitish samaradorligini oshirishda o’qitiladigan materiallar o’quvchilarning bilim darajasiga ko’ra tanlanishi kerak .hamda sodda, ravon, oson usulda taqdim etilishi lozim.
Shu bilan bir qatorda sinf honasidagi o’quvchilar soni ham muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.10-15 nafar o’quvchi bo’lishishi qoniqarli,chunki chet tilini o’qitish va o’rganish har bir o’quvchi bilan to’g’ridan-to’g’ri muloqotni talab qiladi.O’qituvchi o’qitish va o’rganish jarayonida barcha o’quvchilarni jalb qila olsa,shuningdek,ular bilan yakka holda ishlay olsa ,bu o’zining natijasini bermasdan qolmaydi.
Samarali o’qitish va o’rganish jarayonida,hamda yosh avlodni munosib tarzda tarbiyalashda oila muhiti,ota-ona e’tibori hamda ularning bolaga bo’lgan munosabati muhim rol o’ynaydi.Bolalarning miyasi ijtimoiy,iqtisodiy,moliyaviy hayot, shuningdek ahloqiy masalalarga oid savollar bilan to’lib yotibdi.
Bolalariga oilaviy urf-odatlarni ,keksa avlaod yutuqlarini qadrlash va ular bilan fahrlanishni o’rgatish ota-onaning vazifalaridan hisoblanadi.Bitta noto’g’ri qadam juda yomon oqibatlarga olib kelishi mumkin..
O’zbek halqida ajoyib naql bor;”Bir bolaga yeti qo’shni ota-ona “ va bu ayni haqiqat.
Bugungi kunda hushyorlik davr talabi.Bolalar nafaqat o’z ota-onalarining,balki butun millat,qolaversa ,mamlakatning kelajagidir. Kelajak esa ishonchli qo’llarda bo’lmog’i lozim
Hulosa qilib aytganda,maktab,oil ava mahalla uchligi birgalikda harakat qilsa, yosh avlodga samarali ta’lim berish uchun qulay imkoniyat yaratiladi
